That a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $4,374,000 for capital works of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-043, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $19,465,000 ($11,927,000 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing instalment debentures on or before the final maturity date) for capital works of The Corporation of the City of Cambridge be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-044, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year instalment debentures in the principal amount of $2,900,000 ($1,786,000 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing instalment debentures on or before the final maturity date) for a capital work of The Corporation of the Township of Wellesley be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-045, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $5,806,000 ($3,585,000 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing instalment debentures on or before the final maturity date) for capital works of The Corporation of the Township of Wilmot be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-046, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year instalment debentures in the principal amount of $1,190,000 ($725,000 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing instalment debentures on or before the final maturity date) for a capital work of The Corporation of the Township of Woolwich be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-047, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $26,265,000 for capital works of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-048, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to provide for the borrowing of the aggregate of the principal amounts authorized by By-laws numbered 23-043, 23-044, 23-045, 23-046, 23-047 and 23-048 and for the issuing of one series of ten year instalment debentures therefor in the aggregate principal amount of $60,000,000 ($18,023,000 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing instalment debentures on or before the final maturity date) be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-049, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law in respect of the Tile Drainage Debentures – Township of Wellesley be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-050, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.

That a By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo at this Meeting Held on October 18, 2023 be read a first, second and third time, finally passed and numbered 23-051, be signed by the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk and sealed with the Regional Seal.
