That the Region of Waterloo Library Committee take the following action with respect to the 2022 Year End Financial Results as set out in report COR-CFN-23 -0 24 dated May 9, 2023: Approve the attached 202 2 financial results for the Region of Waterloo Library; and Allocate the 202 2 Region of Waterloo Library operating surplus in the amount of $ 66 , 127 to the Library Capital Reserve .
