That the minutes of the Active Transportation Advisory Committee from September 17, 2024 be approved.

That the Active Transportation Advisory Committee support the proposed cycling facility for improved winter maintenance and minimized cost of winter removal by utilizing a portion of the cycling path for snow storage. And that the proposed cycling facilities will be maintained in full width where space is available.
