That the Regional Municipality of Waterloo: Approve an amending By-law to Taxi By-law #16-044, as outlined in Appendix A; and Increase the per-trip accessible taxi incentive from $5.00 to $10.00 between the hours of 11PM and 5AM, starting January 1 st , 2026 as outlined in report PDL-CAS-25-016, dated November 13, 2025.
