That the Regional Municipality of Waterloo amend the capital budget to add a new project; ‘Pilot–Mannheim temporary side stream treatment’, herein called the ‘Mannheim- Containerized Filtration Solution’ in the amount of $15,162,200 to be funded from the Water Capital Reserve Fund, and that the Regional Municipality of Waterloo take the following action with respect to the water capacity shortfall as set out in report COR- TRY-26-004 dated February 6, 2026. a. Accept the proposal of H2O Innovation Inc. for the Supply of Mannheim Containerized Filtration Solutions in the amount of $7,900,000 plus all applicable taxes. b. Accept a quote of H2Ontario Inc. for General Contractor and Construction Services for the Containerized Filtration Solutions in the amount of $2,500,000.00 plus all applicable taxes. c. Plan for additional electrical and engineering work of $4,500,000 plus all applicable taxes; and d.
