That the minutes of Waterloo Regional Heritage Foundation from June 27, 2023 be approved.

That the Waterloo Regional Heritage Foundation accept the recommendations as provided in the final report prepared by the Centre for Community Based Research. And that the Foundation direct the Strategic Planning Review Committee to establish a list of action items for the remainder of 2023. The action list may include developing an inclusive definition of heritage, a communication plan, application process, acceptance criteria and a plan to update the Council of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
