THAT the Waterloo Regional Heritage Foundation (“WRHF”) accept report WRHF‑TRR‑26‑001 for information with respect to the renewal of its insurance portfolio at an annual premium of $1,150.00 plus applicable provincial sales tax of 8% ($92.00), totaling $1,242.00, through Instant Risk Coverage Inc. (“IRC”) under the terms and conditions outlined in report WRHF‑TRR‑26‑001 dated February 11 th , 2026, and sign and return the No Claims Declaration, as required by the insurer to finalize renewal.
